From this new location, we will maintain as well high-quality standards of the compounds we supply to the whole drug discovery industry world-wide. We have already installed 1 LCMS spectrometer for quick QC before dispatching the orders and are going to add another 4 and 1 GCMS instrument within next few months. We will also have 1 preparative HPLC should re-purification of some compounds be required. Most liquid handling operations will also be available at this site.

At this moment, there remains a queue of over 380 active orders of various size gathered since the beginning of the war. Please allow us some more time to catch up with your own order(s). The total number of compounds in small orders (below 1 000 compounds) is reaching 13 000, the volume of compounds that we used to weight normally within just a few days in the beginning of 2022 before the conflict. Currently our compound management team has nearly full capacity with 20 people and 10 weighing stations with a plan to increase headcount in a short term from our now available again pool of human resources, depending on the new purchase order numbers we could receive. Please do not hesitate to request more compounds. We expect to return to our routine quick processing of screening compound orders within next 2 weeks.

We have worked to improve and optimize logistics. To assure minimal delivery times and full reliability of our service, we have received a license for international ground transportation of dangerous goods, enabling us to shortly start operating our own deliveries to our EU logistics center in Riga, from where we will be dispatching your orders using the international express couriers you are familiar with.
