CRBN E3 ligase is a well-established and validated target for the development of Molecular Glues, as evidenced by the dozens of compounds currently undergoing various stages of clinical trials.
Leveraging the powerful capabilities of REAL Space, our CRBN Molecular Glues Library has been designed to cover a broad spectrum of CRBN binders. This includes the classical Lenalidomide scaffold, as well as alternative structures such as Phenyl Dihydrouracil (PD), Phenyl Amino Glutarimide (PAG), Phenyl Glutarimide (PG) scaffolds, and various Acylated Amino Glutarimide (AAG). Each of these scaffolds is represented by dedicated sublibraries, which can be ordered either as part of the comprehensive CRBN Molecular Glues Library or individually.
