1,2-Diamines, including piperazines, are versatile chemical scaffolds widely used in medicinal chemistry. Restricting their molecular shapes by fusion with saturated cycles allows for the exploration of a range of molecular geometries. Here, we assembled a collection of fused and open-chain 1,2-diamines and piperazines for use in drug discovery campaigns.
