In response to high demand for new and small carboxylic acids we have created set of carefully selected specific molecules that strictly respond to FBDD requirements. Our carboxylic acid fragments are mainly consist of the compounds derived in the last three years from previously established at Enamine in-house program.

This type of fragments has great potential for hit finding on new and difficult targets, e.g. protein-protein interaction, due to binding affinity to so-called “hot-spot” residues. In addition there is probability of high solubility and good membrane permeability of discovered initial hit that could often be a limiting factor for phenotypic screening or in vivo studies.
